I think you have me confused with:

 Homes's law is an empirical relation that states that a superconductor's critical temperature (Tc) is proportional to the strength of the superconducting state for temperatures well below Tc close to zero temperature.

My attempted pun of the relationship between Holme and Ohm has led down unknown paths. Prior to you enlightening me, my only knowledge of a superconductor was those who worked on public transport and managed to give you the correct ticket and/or change.  :Doh:
