Hi everybody, this weekend will be a show in Germany. It will be in Lauf, a town close to Nürnberg.
Nearly 60 Model Engine Makers will be there to show their engines in an old factory building, which is a museum now.

Thanks for posting the photos from the show. I did like the vertical twin and inline four, very clean design impressive craftsmanship. I also liked the IC engine driving the generator driving the fan, clever and unique.

Great set of photos Achim, the single cylinder marine IC engine and gear box does it for me as does that nice slender engine that is not unlike Stew's Potty vertival cross engien. Also nice to see the etchings and old drawings that those engines towards the end are based on.

Achim, that is a wonderful video. If you did the production and editing, absolutely great work. The sound score was spot on, caught myself bobbing to the music and the moving parts as if it was a mechanical dance

. The ducks were an inspiration, as I'm sure we all know how they felt, they didn't give up

The one time that I was able to attend the NAMES show there really was a radio controlled duck on the pond; and when you weren't looking it would squirt water at you!
