My bad. Yes I did mean a ploughing match. I'm going to blame this on the spell checker even though I know better. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

English spell check dictionary says ploughing.

US and Canadian spell check dictionary says plowing and wants to correct as sloughing or furloughing

With an International audience what is one to do? . I usually go with colour, doughnuts etc. but this time I slipped up.

Cheers :)

Not to worry, Don.

English is a horrendous mish-mash.  :)

After all, we  have Ghotiing Matches.  ::)

Work it out ...

English being, often enough, the rough, tough language it is, wouldn't that make it a pluffing match when pronounced?

You make a good point there. What surprises me though is that you never caught the spelling in the banner. After going to the trouble to correct the spelling on several boards i noticed that the spelling was wrong on their banner as well. Nothing I can do about that unless I Photoshop it which I am not about to do.

Doc

I can recall seeing some of those video's previously and they sure are fun to watch. I imagine they would have a bit of a problem at the end of the field when it was time to turn around and go the other way.    Thanks for putting those links up.

Been there, done that. Its great fun! :jumpingsmileys:

I did find the steering on the balance plough on the way back a little tricky (both steering wheels share the same worm so one way it works conventionally, the other it operates the opposite way. So when you panic it just gets even worst ).
