youtube issues

Anyone else having problems with youtube? I'm trying to watch some videos and all I get is some weird text page that looks like an 8th graders attempt at HTML. Googling ?youtube changes? finds a blog site that says youtube changed it's web page. Wow, really?
I even have an index of videos I'd like to watch that was posted a while back, and it won't load anything...
FYI, running win7 home premium, IE 9 and Firefox.

Chuck, I am running basically what you are (just a slightly higher version of W7), and I am having no problems at all.

It might be one of your security settings in W7 or browser, not allowing the site to save cookies to your computer, or you might not have the correct flash player installed.

I am far from being a computer buff, so I just let W7 do it all for me, and everything works just fine.

You should also download and install the latest set of video codecs. Choose the correct one, either 32 or 64 bit. Just use them as they come, don't fiddle about with any of the settings.
