Some more great photos there thanks Steve.

Thanks for the compressor details Bill.

Can anyone tell me who was selling the bronze castings for the 1 1/4HP "Little Monitor" with the pumpjack?

Hi

Those are sold by Richard Daoust:

Richard O. Daoust.  Ph: 262-547-4278.  129 S. Hine Ave. Waukesha, Wisconsin 53188.  Gas engine casting kit 1/3 scale of a 1-1/4hp VJ  Monitor pump jack engine, Includes pump-jack but not the pump.

The pump has not been available for a long time, it was from a different supplier.  I got the above from the Davis modelers pages:

Thanks for the pix. Looks like I'll have to pack up the engines again after CF and follow Ron out to Michigan next year.
Best,
Stan

Thanks Bob, I do tend to skim over the suppliers on the Davis site that don't have a web site which is probably how I missed it.

Bob,
The pump appears to be the one sold by Thomas Alexander, Iowa Miniature Engines, P.O. Box 123, RR3, Iowa Falls, IA 50126.
I redrew the drawings for all of Tom's kits in 1996, but I haven't spoken with him for several years so I don't know if the pump is available or not.

Well we made it home and another NAMES show is in the books. I put the last of the pictures I had into the album. There are 220 pix total. I don't know about anybody else but I had a great time and talked with hundreds of great people from this site and elsewhere around the country. Engines ran great all weekend until the last few hours when my tiny spark plugs just couldn't take any more. Casting demonstration went as well as it could go. Great weekend over all.

I am back home in Indy and very much enjoyed the show. Chatted with a few of the MEM members. Nice to talk to you guys from down Florida way.

I forgot to take my camera! Around here that makes me a criminal I suppose.  Well, at least Steve picked up the slack.

Today I attended an excellent talk by gbritnell on model engine carburetors and watched a casting demo featuring Steve Huck.

Great job, guys!

Thanks so much Steve for taking the time to take and post the pictures. Very inspiring.
And thanks also to all the forum members who made it to the show.

I'm going to seriously think about attending this next year.

Thanks Steve.  I ditto what Carl said.  Your taking the time to document the show with some really fine pictures is much appreciated by those of us who didn't get out there.

Cheers,
Phil

Yes that is the one sold by Tom.  I spoke with him last summer about getting some and he said he would try.  Since then he has taken ill, and as I understand it he is out of commission for awhile.

I would like to add my thanks for all the hard work put forth to make this another great show. Saturday was non-stop for me. Sunday was slower but always is. I was asked to do a seminar this year and at first was a little apprehensive but enjoyed it very much. I hope to see everyone next year.

NAMES 2014 was a great time.  Thanks to all the NAMES crew for the great effort it takes to put on such a fine show.

Steve, thanks to you and Peggy for the photos.

I hope to see many of you at the Zanesville show in October.

Where can one find information on the Zanesville show? That's not too far from the Baltimore area. My search found only references to shows in previous years. I think this is the main link:
