I wanted to do some porting work on an RC engine so I found a set of AM Swiss files on Ebay. I was surprised to find that most don't have cutting teeth on the concave side of the bend. Between the #1,4, and 18, that did I was able to get what I wanted done. Is it typical that a #8 and 11 only have teeth one one side?
BTW, if you're considering a set advertised on Ebay or HF for like 10USD, they have large bend radii and probably useless for the intended purpose.
