Y'all Hungry?
« on: March 05, 2014, 07:26:16 PM »
After Jo's R&B thread turned into a food discussion, I thought you might like to see what I did today to pay for me modeling addiction.  I think there are some Sothern boys on here that will back me up on this. There are some elegant, fine dining establishments in the South, but, if you are just plain old hungry and want real Southern food, here's what you got to do. Look for a bunch of muddy 4x4's in the parking lot, the parking lot should include some gravel and pot holes, hickory smoke in the air and a stack of wood out back, and there needs to be a long line. Wednesday is pork BBQ cooking and pulling day, so, I started keeping the fire going and grilling burgers and smoking chicken 1/4's. I know y'all like piccys, so, here you go. Bon Appetite

Eric

PS, Jason, we have ketchup, mustard and hot sauces on all the tables :lolb: :lolb:

You forgot the beans.

And the cole slaw.

Rolls? Got any rolls?
Or cornbread perhaps?

Nothin' but an appetizer here.  :lolb:

No fair!  Your grill/smoker is bigger than mine. Looks good - I think I will have lunch before I clean the shop.

See, I knew food works. Roger, I'll swap smoked pork for real Swiss cheese any day. Zee, all of the above mentioned, along with our jalepeno and bacon bit cornbread is on the line. (Some of them old boys get nervous when you start snapping pics 8)). Gail, Friday I'll show you a real big cooking :DrinkPint:.  Dear Frazier, I'd love to, yet, I'd think it be just cheaper to hire me for a day or three and pay Per deim :DrinkPint:

Thanks guys. Bill, I steam the burgers in their own juice (au jus) wit a bit of tender spices of my own in those pans before they hit the bun. Don, my brother, you got it. Ain't nothing good food, music, and a dance can't cure :DrinkPint:  Stan, all MEM members get curb, call ahead.
