Elderberry Steam Launch Engine Completed
« on: December 19, 2013, 08:50:45 PM »

I was finally able to get some shop time to finish the Elderberry launch engine kit that I have been working on. It is a nice little kit for those ( like me) who have limited machining skills. The accompanying construction manual is very good at showing you how to do the setups and operations required to build  the model. I highly recommend this as a first or second project for the new machinist.

I have a couple of Graham Industries mechanic kits sitting under my bench. I have been putting off building them because because of those evil 0-80 screws but I can bring them with me when I travel. That way I have something to work on in the hotel.
