Great time at the 2nd annual "Drive for Hunger" at R/C Excitement today! we were able to race with friends, and help a great cause! William ran 3 classes today including 4x4 SCT, 4x4 mod buggy and 2wd mod buggy. We TQ'd in 4x4 mod buggy, second in 4x4 SCT....no thanks to his crew chief failing to change his battery...and 3rd in 2wd buggy, which is the class we've most improved thus far. The mains were back to back to back, and started with 4x4 SCT where William went off the front and stayed that way. In 2wd Mod buggy, we had a great battle with Razz and Keith, and at the end managed to get 2nd. In 4x4 mod buggy, William went lights out and took the win tone to tone. Great times! Special thanks to our sponsors Xray, RCAmerica, Proline, Hobbywing, TeamScream, MIP and Douglas & Co.

4x4 mod buggy was amazing....he crushed it with a 2 LAP win....not even in the same zip code!...

4x4 SCT was a 1 lap win, and we did very well in 2wd Mod....doing 3 Amains in a row...priceless!

That boy's got "skills"!  I love the pic of him. Exudes confidence! That's what it takes to pull off these kind of wins. Well ok...........a good pit crew (dad) helps here.

I remember racing go karts (early sixties) with my dad. Priceless memory!

I was looking at the time sheets.    He could have placed second...to himself...in 4x4 mod buggy with the 4x4 SCT!.....The truck weighs twice as much!!!!...

Nothing like massive amounts of current to get  your truck down the track!

The technology is just amazing Dave, and seems to change (get better) by the week. Any pics of the chassis yet?

6.3 pounds is still too heavy.    Razorback is 6 even.....I know how to fix that.....

Impressive! As they say "Speed costs money............how fast do you want to go"? Kind of reminds me of tooling up for machining!

First of all from a sponsor: I am quite impressed. I witnessed the same grin on old Kurt Busch yesterday. Winners, real winners, know how to smile  8). Great job team
