I'd post a picture of my face busting the grin it's wearing right now if I wasn't scared it would harm the site. :lolb: :lolb: :lolb: :lolb: I'm a happy sponsor. Great job team.

OK.....TQ and win in Ebuggy!       2nd in Pro4.    We lost TQ by 3 seconds  20/7:13 vs 20/7:16....the main was ugly, but we managed to hang on to 2nd by 3 seconds behind Matt Olson...  We had a blast!    but there's more!

1/5 scale vs 1/10 scale grudge match......LMAO!    That was funny!  and we got video of that one!    Good day racing!   We had one of our best days out yet.....NEXT YEAR MATT OLSON!....

William and I had a great weekend racing at the 2017 Granite Leisure Time “King of the Dirt. William and I can honestly say that we had our best ever racing experience this weekend.  Not for how William placed, which was fantastic, but for the people and new friends we made and raced with.   It was an experience like no other.    Everything was relaxed, friendly with a feeling of comradery.  The way a race should feel. Rob Jones, Cyrus, K2, and the rest of the crew, and of course Matt Olson, the reigning King,  Just did a great job making it roll!    We were able to get our Xray Xb8E 17’ and our trusty MIP Pro4mance rides dialed in.   The Pro4 started the day Saturday on Proline M3 calipers all around…resulting in wheelies just about on demand with all that Hobbywing and Team Scream power!   With the Xb8E 17’ we started the day with Proline Suppressors in X3 compound.   After 2 rounds we held Tq in both classes, but Matt was just getting to work!.    That night, Matt, William and crew worked hard getting the surface just so.   I did some maintenance, and we went back to the hotel.
Sunday we had the last round of qualifying, and the track had gotten a bit rougher.    Our set up was off a bit, but the old master had his ride dialed…and Matt took the pro4 TQ by a small margin.    William took the Ebuggy TQ.
For the mains, I decided to change over to M3 Holeshots with the Pro4, to take the edge off the ruts and bumps.   The buggy, well….we just put another battery in it.
The main in Pro4 started rough, but William fought his way back through the pack and Matt, always wanting to have some fun, waited for him….and a battle ensued, but a bobble dropped William back.   In the end Matt took it by 3 seconds.
In Ebuggy, The XB8E was awesome…  William cruised to the win.
Now…you would think that was the end of the story?!  Oh no.   William looked at Matt and said   1/5th scale vs 1/10  scale!    We’re working on the video of that….THAT was worth the price of admission right there!
All in all a great weekend and good times with old and new friends.     Special thanks to our Sponsors   Xray, RC America, Pro-line, Hobbywing,  #miponline Team Scream and Douglas and company    Very Special thanks to C J Fisher Photography for all the great photo’s    Thanks Chris!
