Oh gosh those Sixis look adorable! And the castings  :o

I don't suppose we could persuade this nice gentleman to post things around the world?  O:-)

You should be trying to obtain that honing machine next to the Sixis.
Ideal for finishing engine cylinders etc.

I have finally found someone with even more  :o castings that I have and he is trying to entice me to go and visit him by sending me photos of desirable things. He tells me each of these blue boxes has a different set of castings in it and he expects to be able to build about 2% of the models he has castings for and is looking for a home for some of them .

Trying to keep myself control intact...I don't really need more castings...there might be the odd  engine in there.... must be try to be good  :embarassed:

Edit: forgot to mention he is also suggesting that his Sixis 101 might look good in my Library.  ;D

It would be nice if you could edit your photos to a size that is easy to view. At present I can view 1/2 of the photo then go to end of post, move slider, go back up to photo and view other half. Repeat that 3 more times for the other photos.   :wallbang: :wallbang:

You of all people, being a moderator, I would have thought that you would have been more in tune with issues like this. Members that are on dial up for their internet connection sit and wait for large photo's to load. It dosen't have to be that way. A 640 x 480 or 800 x 600 photo will show just fine. If it dosen't, zoom in then crop off the excess to keep it down to size. There are many posts written by some very talented members that use the photo sizes I just mentioned and they have a great following and a very good looking presentation. :) :)

Cheers

Yes that works.....BUT, I want to just click on the photo and have it open up so that I can view the whole photo without having to scroll all over the page or open new windows. Other people can do it and I imagine that Jo and yourself can as well, if you want too. :)

CTRL + or CTRL - will zoom in or out in your browser window which helps (works in firefox and I guess in other browsers)

 I left them high resolution so that certain people could play spot the casting set. If I reduced the resolution you cannot see/read what they are  :-\.

Yes the large size is needed to see whats there. In fact Jo showed more than she should and I advised her to do a bit of photo editing (content not size), we don't want here giving away all her secrets.

It also depends on how you post the photos, on Jo's and mine and others build threads we resize photos to keep them on screen which takes a lot of our time. Sometimes its just easier to put them on as an attachment straight from the computer as Jo has done in her excitement to share them with us.
