You want posts deleted?  Make them unusable for the forum.  In other words, replace the pics in your post with something offensive.  When the spam bots find them, they will be swamped, and have to remove the post (or at least edit it) to eliminate the unwanted traffic.

Gentlemen, Please be civil and don't suggest underhanded behaviour.

Few of us like how things turned out, and on-line bashing will not resolve anything.

let's just be gracious and carry on with the new future.

Kind regards, Arnold
Building an engine takes Patience, Planning, Preparation and Machining.
Procrastination is nearly the same, but it precludes machining.
Thus, an engine will only be built once the procrastination stops and the machining begins!

in life there are people that need a good bashing but it is better to just move on.
if hmem continues (i think it will) than so be it, if it falls apart, i for one will just look back and smile.

we have a good place here and let's be thankfull for that.

onward and upward

In the famous words of Officer BarBrady "Nothing to see here, keep moving"
For those of you that do not know he is a character from South Park.

HMEM will continue along as if nothing has happened.
Yes we all decided to leave and that was our choice.
Many more have filled our empty spaces since last week...

We all can live amicably next to each other, the internet is a BIG place!

I still pop on there once in a while as a guest to see what is going on and to finish reading posts that interested me when things were good.
One example is Bill's Rider Ericsson Stirling engine. I will definitely read and follow that through to completion.

A lot has changed over there and to me it is not the same anymore, most likely because all of my worldwide friends now reside here!

We have a new home, lets not spoil it by flaming other sites.

Just my 2c.

George, you don't have to necessarily rename your previous HMEM- posted pics, to remove them from there.
You said, that you host your own pics. Should be an easy task to create a new folder, and simply move all the pics there.
That way, the folder's address, that holds your pics, is simply changed.

It would affect all the other sites also, where you have linked the pics.

I also host my own pictures, so I can't tell, is it possible to create a new folder, when using Photobucket, or similar services.

I realize that I could change the location of the pictures, but you are right, I would need to visit a lot of other sites and edit every page, after page, after page.

Thanks for the suggestion,
George
