my itty bitty workshop
« on: July 24, 2012, 06:51:54 PM »
This is my retirement workshop and some of you may have seen the pics before on another forum.  It is a purpose built extension onto the side of my garage and is about 2.2m x 4.2m.  It is brick built with high efficiency insulation to keep running costs to a minimum.  It will go into full production at the end of this year when I retire  :old: and in the meanwhile as penance for it funding I make toys for my grandkids.  :Jester: No I don?t have shares in Proxxon  (and like an iceberg 90% of my Proxxon kit is out of sight).  As my plans are model engineering, I?m into model boats and RC helicopters, I don?t need large equipment so Proxxon fitted the bill.

Hi Graham,

Nice shop and nice tools!!!
I see you and my dad went to the same school!
The "What she doesn't see won't hurt school"!!

I am always amazed when my dad roots around and brings out his latest hideaway find...

Hi Andrew

I have no doubt that SWMBO has a pretty good idea of what the content of my shop have cost :naughty: even if she has no idea what the bits are.
