Unusual and intriguing engine

I would love to build this engine but just don't have the knowledge or ability to scale it and work out how it would operate and do drawings. It would make a magnificent model. Would love to see someone take up the challenge to build it and draw it up for others to build also.

Thanks for the video. That is indeed really interesting.
I can provide no help on this but I'm interested in seeing what others can contribute.

KenI made a wobble engine that was very similar....It was at the other place though
