What a fine little engine JW. Very well done indeed and I love watching them run too...pure physics in motion!!

JW,  I've missed out on giving you a proper "boys from the South" welcome. I'm a Tennessean. I  love the sound of these engines. You just made my list longer.

Thanks guys!  It's encouraging to hear the compliments!

I'm going to go ahead and start another project while I tweak and beautify this one.

@Whiskey:  maybe you can fill me in on some modeling things down here in the SEC.  Is there anything like NAMES down here?  Does any one participate in team builds on MEM?

Well done Jeremy

Like Frazer said, the "Little Blazer" runs nice and quick; it's the most-run engine I have in my collection.

Kind regards, Arnold
Building an engine takes Patience, Planning, Preparation and Machining.
Procrastination is nearly the same, but it precludes machining.
Thus, an engine will only be built once the procrastination stops and the machining begins!

Thanks Arnold!

I've actually got an eBay search saved in the ap on my phone.  There's only one listed right now but it's a bit out of my book budget.

If any one has a copy they would like to unload at a reasonable price I'm in the market.

I've also got a little update on the engine  I have been excessively playing with the little engine.  It's brought me a great deal of fun.  In my tinkering I have found about a 70° range of cam timing where the little engine will run.  I think it would be a great dive into flame lickers if some one is wanting to build one.  I had no previous knowledge of these and had it running in a couple days.

It likes to be very hot before you even try to flip it over.  Flame placement is critical.

Here's a rather long video of some of my tinkering:

Thanks Bill!

That is over my book budget!  I'd like to get on a used copy.  I gotta buy some more Cat40 toolholders for a dedicated job coming up.

What version SW do you have?  Mine is 2013.  I'll send step files if your version is older.
