Hi Gail,
Thanks again for the acrylic disks you sent me.  One of them is now securely in place on the Ridder's carby for the engine I'm building.  I'm getting very close to the first run and I must say guys like you have been a HUGE inspiration to me to get my engine going.

This thread was great fun reading through and your video of the engine running was frosting on the cake.  Congratulations on a fine engine

Glad to have helped Phil. When we help each other we all have more fun.  Took more time to address the envelope and put a stamp on it than it did to make the disks.

Thanks for the comments on OPIE.  I still need to put some finishing touches on it and shoot some final photographs and video but that will come soon enough.

Looking forward to your first pops and "happy dance".
