didn't have the mental capacity to comment. Started on it last Sunday. Worked on it a few hours every night and finished it today. About 20 hours and that is the third so counting the first 2 tries i'm closer to 40.

The crank looks great. Once you get a system down you think to yourself, "now that wasn't so darn hard." Not that you want to make another one right away after 3 tries.

How are the internal radiuses on the balance weight webs machined, with a ball nose end mill?

Actually I do want to make another one for another project I have in mind. I was thinking about doing it now while i have my head straight. I must be nuts!
