Another one fleeing the burning city
« on: July 20, 2012, 07:19:39 AM »
Hi there folks, I too have fled from the "other site", some of you might recall some of efforts in metal bashing. I probably wont be too active in posting at the moment as I have recently moved house and do not have a workshop set up yet.

Glad to be here,

Tim

Better him than me - been in mine 40 years, wouldn't know where to start.
The older I get, the better I was.

Welcome aboard Tim  :)

I seem to recall quite a couple of metal-bashing sessions coming from you !

Kind regards, Arnold

Procrastination is nearly the same, but it precludes machining.
Thus, an engine will only be built once the procrastination stops and the machining begins!

Thanks guys

I've got a bit of a shed, about 8ft x 8ft, but at the moment it is housing all the gardening junk, hopefully soon I'll get another shed for all the junk and then run power out to the present shed, put up lights and then install the lathe and mill (currently in storage in the spare room to prevent the rust fairies from visiting)
