PS

That last one is kind of a stretch for a "casting" set don't you think.......?

:headscratch: You must have spotted the pair of spark plugs.  If you read the bits of aluminium they have the component names on them :naughty:

But I must be honest that one might be a little difficult as I intend on making a real pair of crankcases for her with that large lump of aluminium where as the original design had a strange open crank.

So come on boys name those casting sets. Simon is correct the second photo is of the Armstrong Hydraulic Engine. Dave: Which triple is it?

It's not the Stuart, I was thinking the Bolton triple

The feed pump is the Stuart....infamous for it's pilot valve being difficult to build.

OK I'll play.

I think I can see:

Galloway gas engine
ETW's Centaur and Diagonal Paddle Engine
Curley's Duplex Feed Pump

Are those answers worth half a hot cross bun?

Rod you are more than welcome to one of my hot cross buns. Which one (scale) of the Galloways is it?

Well Watson, are those flywheels 5 " or 10"?  The carpet pattern looks much the same size as the Centaur ( 7" flywheel) pics so the flywheels are indubitably smaller and it must be the 6th scale Galloway - elementary.
