hi all this is a tip on cleaning up and repairing Morse taper drills most of my tooling is second hand mostly from boot sales sum just need a scrub up wile others need a full rebuild to remove rust  i soke them in old battery acid  then give them a cote of anty rusting agent for the broken ones wel i remove the old drill bit and replace it with a new one don't no if you all no this but Small diameter drill bits are silver soldered in to the Morse taper   so to reaper them i remove the old one re drill the hole with the drill that Will be gowning in i then put a step in the top part OD the drill shank then silver solder  job dun right pics
