My new friends I have bad news

What a mess, Eric. Was that the result of a tornado, or a big wind? Hope you're back in business soon, glad you and the family are safe. Guess the BBQ was cancelled.

Best wishes, Hugh.

A picture is worth a thousand words as they say Eric. That is a lot of devastation!!! All the best in recovering from it.

Eric what a thing to happen. Glad all is ok with you all and no serious injuries. Buildings etc can be replace though at a cost however lives can't. Can't believe you do a BBQ at 2:50am or is it for your early customers.  After seeing the pics I hope rain is not being forcast. All the best for the rest of the week and hope its all fixed soon for you.

Well while we are enjoying :Jester: the dig out in the NawEast I thought I'd give Y'all some progress update piccys. I think my team has done a fine job in getting us this far in 9 working days. All the equipment has pretty much been cleaned and stored waiting for reinstallation. I hope by mid to late March to have a " Running Video" ready for Y'all.

Thanks Folks

Wow Eric,

That is amazing progress!

I must have missed what type of business you have; is it a convenience store? Gas Station?

Nice to have it all closed back in and a new roof over it; looks like you will be stocking the shelves in no time.

Thanks guys for checking in. Yeah Dave O it's a c-store that has evolved into one the areas best known BBQ and country cooking joints. We serve about 600+ people a day breakfast, lunch and evening take out. About 6-7 tons of BBQ last year. Contractors are moving along cause they are missing their eating place. Hope everyone is digging out up North safely.

Well there's a reference if I've ever heard one. Someday I'll be by.

You know you are doing well when food sales are measured in tons per year. Glad the work is progressing. Must be a lot of hungry workers around.

Yabbut, you haven't shown us a picture of the "back room" where the shine is kept and the poker table is set up.
