Introduction.
« on: July 20, 2012, 08:48:45 PM »
Hi all, member of MM and used to be on HMEM until the recent upheaval but enough said about that.

Had a bit of problem signing up, you had to fill the missing word in, the clue was Bridgeport ??? Machine.
As I have one of these that I'm closely attached to  ::) I filled the missing letters in as POS but wouldn't let me sign in for some reason ??

Don't build model engines, just don't have the time but am always intersted in seeing other work and if I can helpon machining advise or CNC then very happy to do so.

Hi John,

A very big welcome to yourself and all your knowledge, I'm sure that over time, lots of people will benefit from your expertise, even though it isn't little engine orientated.

John

Damn, there goes the neighborhood.  Allowing Geordies in, what's next?  Texan doomsday preppers?

Seriously, we're glad you're here.  Every forum needs a bad example.

Marv,
I really hope not that guy lives about 20 miles due south of me and I really doubt that it is ground zero for the US or even Texas.

Did you work out a solution to your knee drive for the pos..

I'm not sure if you saw my offer of a pcb to interface a joystick/pot to a vfd.
