Ps I did find another error I with coolant system the back plate with the slot cut that is suppose to join the left and right side was wrong.
So more than likely that is why the pump is forcing it out past the seal. There isn't anyplace for it to pump the coolant.

Congratulations Doc, just don't let fame go to your head  :lolb: I'm in the process of building a Demon and I am REALLY begining to understand the hugh amount of desire, perseverance, and talent (or in my case, just more perseverance). Great job building two.

Thanks guys!
A friend of mine (actually my former supervisor) called the paper and got them there. I am going to run them one more time before putting them away for the summer. I need to start thinking of my garden stuff. Next fall I'll need to get busy on the radiators.

Hi Doc,
Congratulations on 2 great builds. I have followed along since the beginning and appreciate all the time that went into building and documenting.

Was going t post an update video with the soldering of the 2nd radiator but unfortunately my video card went bad. I videoed the soldering and when I went to pull the vid off camera I got a file corrupt I tried taking the card and putting it in a card reader and got the same. Dam it anyway. So I need t get a new card.

I do have question has anyone tried these tach meters I am thinking of putting one on but kind of curious as how went they work (or don't)
Here is a link to what I'm talking about.
