just had a friend stop by, he said he had SOME end mills for me
well i just about feel over when he handed me a box FULL of solid carbide end mills
i think i counted 71 end mills from 1/8" to 3/4" and i think they are all 4 flute.
this is the second time he has brought me a bunch like this, i guess i better buy him some cases of beer or some thing.
i asked were they come from and he said he got them from an auction. he bought a tool box full of wrenches and stuff and these were in there.
he has no use for them so if i didn't want them he was going to chuck them in the bin at work
i told him any time he had stuff to chuck just bring it to me.
you never know what people throw away.
